All of our services begin with an initial consultation. At this time, we will address your needs and expectations. While we are walking through your home, we will take before photos and measurements of every room so that we can assess areas that need attention. This will enable us to develop an action plan.
DRAB to FAB offers a variety of plans to meet any budget. Our basic packages are listed below. If none of these suit your needs or your budget, we can tailor a plan just for you!
Basic Home Staging
This is the art of decorating a home for the specific purpose of selling it. The goal is to neutralize your home so that potential buyers can envision themselves living in your house. We will transform the five main areas of the home (Foyer, Kitchen, Living or Family room, Master Bedroom & Bath). By de-cluttering, editing, accessorizing, updating, organizing, and arranging furniture, your house will appeal to a broader audience; thus increasing the likelihood of multiple offers. We will provide you with a checklist of suggested improvements and staging tips for various areas of the home. The result? Getting your home sold quickly and for top dollar.
Half Day — $375
Full Day — $700
Open House Staging — price determined based on size of home.
Interior Redesign
Using what you already own, we will help you with every aspect of redesigning your home. We will focus on furniture placement, color scheme, window treatments, accessories and spacial concerns in order to transform your house into your dream home. Price determined after initial consultation
Vacant Home Staging
The vacant home is the most difficult to sell because most buyers can’t visualize the home’s potential. DRAB to FAB will choose rental furniture and accessories for the main living areas of the home. This will highlight all the architectural features while downplaying it’s flaws. A customized plan will be designed to fit within your budget and time frame.
Do-It-Yourself Staging Package
This a complete step-by-step action plan detailing all the steps and tools that are needed to transform your home. After we have examined the exterior and the interior of your home and have taken photos, we will compile a complete written report prioritizing the recommendations. This will include recommended repairs and improvements needed for each room with step-by-step details of how to create that “WOW” factor.
$200 (up to 2000 square feet)

Full-Service Decorating
Using organizational and decorating techniques, we can assist with the selection of wall color, window treatments, lighting, flooring, furniture and accessories. DRAB to FAB will work closely with you to achieve the look and feel you want within your budget. Price determined after initial consultation.
